Tuscan Weddings & Events, which celebrates the glamour of Italy in the 50’s and 60’s, is a full service boutique entertainment, event, and wedding planning company specifically designed to coordinate our clients’ personal and business occasions that have a high-end Italian or Tuscan theme. If you’re thinking ‘Tony & Tina’s wedding," although the off Broadway show was entertaining, that’s not what Tuscan Weddings & Events is about.

As you make your way through the magnificent avenues and the narrow backstreets of Tuscany, you arrive in a classic Alfa Romeo, followed by your bridesmaids and groomsmen in their vintage Ferraris and Maserati convertibles.
You are greeted in the cobblestone courtyard by a string quartet dressed in 17th century Baroque costumes playing Antonio Vivaldi’s "Four Seasons." Your guests, having arrived earlier, are having fun posing with a classic red Piaggio Vespa scooter complete with a life-size cutout of the bridal couple. You can’t believe it, but three Zanni actors: Harlequin, Pedrolino and Colombina, welcome you with joyful charm as they throw sugar-coated almond confetti, inspired by a scene from Commedia dell'arte.
Next you'll walk into one of New York's most elegant spaces with Palladio-inspired architectural elements and filled with the distinct scent of Perugina chocolate Baci. A field of fresh sunflower centerpieces are arranged with Venetian masks that delight the eye like a da Vinci landscape. Walls are accented with moving image frescos of classic black & white Italian films by Fellini, Visconti and Rossellini.
As you enter the grand ballroom, a twenty-two piece orchestra conducted by Toscanini plays classic cinematic music by Rota and Morricone in the background as you are greeted by five of Italy’s preeminent sommeliers serving you their finest wines: Brunello, Montepulciano, Barolo, Amarone, and Chianti.
As you enjoy the wines and premium spirits such as Campari and Vermouth, you are served shards of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese on top of Tuscan Ciabatta Rustica drizzled with Organic Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic Vinegar from Modena. Neapolitan fresh Mozzarella di Bufala cheese is made right before your eyes. You adore the handsome Marcello Mastroianni-inspired waiters wearing classic black Armani suits, crisp white shirts with long black ties and stylish Ray-Bans right out of Fellini’s La Dolce Vita serving Asti Spumante or Proseco.
As you command the center of the dance floor, the sound of operatic tenor Andrea Bocelli singing “Con Te Partiro” captures the room and you dance the night away.
A feast of authentic recipes from the provinces of Tuscany awaits you at your beautifully decorated, rustic dining table between dances. These dishes have been lovingly prepared in homes and small trattorias throughout Tuscany—the plate of crostini appetizers, the famous cacciucco fish soup of Livorno, Siena’s spicy panforte cake, the chestnut specialties of Lucca, the classic costata steak grilled to perfection over an open fire. You top off the night with an espresso and Sambuca, served with fresh, imported almond cookies, Roman millefoglie, Sicilian canoli and savour artisanal gelato. Still hungry? Then truly top off the night with a Mezzanotte buffet of San Giminiano roasted Porchetta and La Spagettata from Pisa.
To express your loving appreciation, your family and friends are given precious party favors of Organic Olive Oil and Aged Balsamic Vinegar in a handcrafted Florentine box.
